Pursuant to Art. 20 DSGVO, the right to data transfer exists, i.e. the right to demand the unhindered and unrestricted transfer of collected personal data to a third party.
Right of objection:
Pursuant to Art. 21 (1) of the DSGVO, you have the right to object the processing of personal data relating to you which is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller (Art. 6 (1) (e) DSGVO) or which is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of the controller or of a third party (Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO) at any time. This also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The data controller no longer processes the personal data unless he/she can prove compelling grounds for processing worthy of protection which outweigh the interests, rights and freedoms of the person concerned, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
Pursuant to Art. 21 (2) and (3) DSGVO, every person has the right to object to data processing for the purpose of direct marketing with effect for the future.
Deadlines for Groder - Schmuck & Partner:
If you take measures to enforce your above rights under the DSGVO, Schmuck & Partner must comment on the request or act in accordance with the request immediately, but no later than one month after receipt of your application.
Notification of legal remedies:
